FIT and SURFSET Class Times

Get FIT and in SURF Shape for the Summer

Our FIT & SURF schedule offers you 6 workouts a week with multiple class times a day to choose from. Our 6 day workout week consist of two burn focused days, two build focused days, one blend training focused day, and one balance day. Each workout is 35 minutes long. Burn training workouts are held on Monday and Wednesday, build training workouts are held on Tuesday and Thursday, blend training workouts are held on Friday, and balance training workouts are held on Saturday.

Burn

  • FIT – kickboxing and boot camp style exercises that will burn those extra calories.
  • SURF – torch fat & tone your core in high intensity SURFSET® intervals.

Build

  • FIT – restistance, kettlebell, and core exercises that are sure to get you ripped.
  • SURF – get shredded with SURFSET® targeted body weight & resistance training.

Blend

  • FIT – circuit training that combines all FIT style sessions into a single workout.
  • SURF – SURFSET®, the worlds most effective total body session inspired by surfing.

Balance

  • SURF – SURFSET® core strength, flexibility, stability, dynamic balance, and body control.
